Conditions of Use

Here at Minishuz we do our very best to keep all items listed on our Web site in stock so we can dispatch your order immediately. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you promptly to either offer an alternative product, place the item on urgent backorder or organise a full refund.

If something you would like is either sold out or not available in the correct size please e-mail us and we’ll let you know when it is expected to be back in stock.

The prices of products advertised for sale are as set out on the Site. All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges, where applicable, are set out in the Shipping & Returns section. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order before you are prompted to pay for it. Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) acceptance of your order. 

Minishuz accepts payments via Paypal and direct deposit/ bank wire. 

It is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction; payments can be made by credit/debit card directly without registering for an account.

Credit card payments are securely processed by Paypal.

By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order, we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal, and we will not be liable for non-delivery. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Funds may also be deposited directly into our bank account via Bank Wire. When the Bank Wire option is selected during checkout your order will be placed and a confirmation email containing an order ID number and our banking details will be sent to your nominated email address. Please ensure that you include your ID number as the reference when depositing the funds and also please email us to advise of your payment at info@minishuz.com.au

Please note that your order cannot be dispatched until your payment has been cleared by the bank. Payment must be received within 3 working days, to prevent your order from being cancelled.

Gift Certificate credit has a validity of 12 months. After the Gift Cerificate has expired, all transactions will be declined and any outstanding balance will be forfeited. Gift Certificates can be loaded with any value between $20 and $1,000. If you wish to return an item you purchased  with your Gift Certificate it will not be possible to reimburse funds to the Gift Certificate. Minishuz will only be able to offer you an exchange with an item of similar value. The Gift Certificates issued by Minishuz are not redeemable for cash. 

Minishuz reserves the right to cancel any Gift Certificate, or the Gift Certificate programme, for any reason at any time without notice.  If this occurs the balance on all valid Gift Certificates will be refunded to the holder on presentation of the certificate.

By placing an order with Minishuz or signing up to our newsletter subscription, you authorise us to send you promotional emails from time to time. If you wish at any time to opt-out of future Minishuz  mailings, please send an email to info@minishuz.com.au and include your name , email address and write UNSUBSCRIBE in the title of the email. We will immediately remove you from our mailing list.

Minishuz attempts to be as accurate as possible with all descriptions. Occasionally, there may be information on this site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If a product offered by Minishuz is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

By visiting Minishuz, you agree that the laws of the state of Western Australia, will govern this Web site and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Minishuz.
